TIGR
NUCLEAR RADIATION, TEMPERATURE, AND HUMIDITY MONITOR
The TIGR device is a multifunctional detector designed to monitor the ionizing radiation dose rate at a single measurement point, as well as temperature and humidity. The system can issue commands to ventilation and filtration equipment when the user-defined alarm threshold for DER or humidity is exceeded (for the purpose of ventilating the shelter). It can serve as a primary measurement device in light home shelters, basements, garages, and similar locations.
Applications:
- Fallout shelters
- Civil defense
- Basements
